Would you know where to buy 3mm rubber cord and rubber findings?

I have seen rubber cord by the foot in Beads World and a couple of the other Chinese stores in the area of Broadway/6th Avenue between 36th & 38th Streets. Fire Mountain Gems sells it on-line. A casual google will probably turn up more sources.
